Well it’s been a few weeks since I last posted here. The real world has been busy and you can notice time speeding up.
This doesn’t mean I haven’t been keeping up to date with current events. Over the space of a month we have seen many spectacular things. I’ve been meeting more and more spiritually awakened people through the course of my existence in this reality. It’s clear that there is indeed a great awakening going on, and that’s spectacular to witness.
We’ve had several cosmic events too. As I type this, a comet is on its way back out into the far reaches of our solar system. It’s expected to be at its peak visibility between the 11th and 13th of this month. We’ve been pelted with numerous meteorites, slammed with solar flares and suffered large quakes in the pacific regions, which can be linked to activity going on with the sun.
What’s more, we’re expecting this to be a regular occurrence through the course of the year. Solar activity increasing and another comet to see 2013 out spectacularly at the end of the year.
In regards to our podcast, we may change the style of presentation. Rather than a podcast which focuses on one or two topics, we may head down the lines of a truth/spiritual/conspiracy/mystery and unexplained magazine podcast. This will allow us to coverage wide range of topics in one session. Not to fear, I don’t intend to completely walk away from episodes which feature just one or two topics.
However, due to commitments outside if this area of work, I have not been able to spend as much time researching stuff as I’d like to.
Comet C/2011 L4 Pan-Starrs
C/2011 L4 Pan-Starrs, is the comet I briefly covered a little bit up the page. The best viewing chance now is in the northern hemisphere.
It should be easily visible with binoculars at the moment. It is expected to be visible with the naked eye over the next few days, looking due west along the horizon. Each day, the comet creeps higher in altitude.
Judging by its name, you can almost guess it was discovered in 2011.
Just like with comet ISON, which will grace our skies between November and December of this year, C/2011 L4 Pan-Starrs is likely to be entering the inner solar system for the first time, meaning we could be the first form of intelligent life to see it.
Though with C/2011 L4 Pan-Starrs, it is likely it will be seen again in many thousands of years, unless it breaks up.
The comet will appear to move up through the constellations of Pisces, Pegasus and Andromeda.
I guess I could leave my entry here for now. I hope to be able to post another entry soon to share with you guys what I know.
Namaste people 😀
I recently came across an article that explains the dangers of Fluoride in your body, even in minute quantities. This is something I am campaigning about with others.
It explains various ways in which to detox your body. Things ranging from stop consuming fluoride to working up a sweat via exercise or dry sauna.
It also gave a recipe for an easy to make tea. I recommend you use fresh ingredients with what I am about to share with you.
All you need is clean, pure water (no added chemicals obviously), ginger and lemon. Oh! And a cup! Or mug… and knife.
It’s rather tasty and it does make you feel good.
- Get your ginger and slice a bit about 2.3 inches long (about 5.8cm (58mm)). Peel it and bruise it with the flat of your knife. Plop it into your mug or cup.
- Get a fresh lemon. I suggest rolling it firmly in your hands to sort of get juices going on the inside. Cut in half and then cut a thick slice and plop it into your mug. Perhaps about a centimeter in thickness.
- Boil your kettle with your pure water. I suggest here you only put into your kettle only the amount of water you need. It saves energy and is obviously quicker.
- Pour the boiled water over the lemon and ginger slices and leave to stand for 2 minutes to let them infuse. Your tea will be a very faint green/yellow colour.
- They recommend you take the ginger and lemon out after this. I personally leave the lemon and ginger in for maximum flavour.
You can of course amend it to suit your own tastes. Make it personal to you, but keep true to those ingredients. Some even add honey to their tea. Honey in hot water and lemon is great for throat infections and coughs. Lemon fighting the infection along with the honey (honey has anti-bacterial properties too). The honey also soothes your irritated throat. Ginger on the other hand is great for the digestive system and detox. But take ginger in moderation. More that 3 grams a day is not recommended as it can lead to heartburn.
So if you fancy something different or new tonight or just something to do, then try this recipe. It really is nice with fresh ingredients. And try not to ruin it with adding sugar lol.
Came across this this morning. The world is truly starting to wake up! It’s about bloody time! Though it’s a shame and a bit ironic they have to pass a man-made law in order to recognise mother earth has rights. But finally a governing body recognises that Mother Earth is a living being and we must take care to protect and care for her. Beautiful 🙂
Below is a direct quote:
Law of the Rights of Mother Earth, was passed by Bolivia’s Plurinational Legislative Assembly.
Read The Full English Translation: http://bit.ly/TT4adw
Full Original Spanish Translation: http://bit.ly/hnjihc
Precedent: The law is considered to be the first instance of environmental law that gives legal personhood to the natural system, and may also allow for citizens to sue individuals and groups as part of “Mother Earth” in response to real and alleged infringements of its integrity.
The law defines Mother Earth as “…the dynamic living system formed by the indivisible community of all life systems and living beings whom are interrelated, interdependent, and complementary, which share a common destiny; adding that “Mother Earth is considered sacred in the worldview of Indigenous Peoples and nations. In this approach human beings and their communities are considered a part of mother earth, by being integrated in “Life systems” defined as complex and dynamic communities of plants, animals, micro-organisms and other beings in their environment, in which human communities and the rest of nature interact as a functional unit, under the influence of climatic, physiographic and geologic factors, as well as the productive practices and cultural diversity of Bolivians of both genders, and the cosmovisions of Indigenous nations and Peoples, intercultural communities and the Afro-Bolivians.
This definition can be seen as a more inclusive definition of ecosystems because it explicitly includes the social, cultural and economic dimensions of human communities. The law also establishes the juridical character of Mother Earth as “collective subject of public interest”, to ensure the exercise and protection of her rights. By giving Mother Earth a legal personality, it can, through its representatives (humans), bring an action to defend its rights.
Additionally, to say that Mother Earth is of public interest represents a major shift from a anthropocentric perspective to a more Earth community based perspective. >http://bit.ly/TTiTVE

After meditating today I had a realisation of a few things.
But one of the truths I had come to realise had really made me think. Many spiritual and truth people I know have said time and time again that they avoid the mainstream news because they always publish sad, bad and negative stories which leaves people in the world depressed and unnecessarily fearful. They also know not to trust the MSM and take things they say with a pinch of salt.
These same people (myself included) keep an eye on the ‘alternative’ media. Some say they have a preference for it because it tells the truth. But I haven’t heard people say that it is any less depressing. In fact, I don’t think people actually realise that it is just as depressing, if not more depressing, than what the mainstream pitch at us on a daily basis. I didn’t realise this until after my meditation today.
The MSM will constantly tell us of conflict, of murder, of war, of financial crisis… the list goes on. And these are things that genuinely worry people. But the alternative can go deeper in regards to doom and gloom. FEMA camps in the states, evil corporate and governmental agendas, constant threats from space, constant false flag attacks, and these are to name but a small portion.
What doesn’t help is that anyone can contribute to the alternative media. It’s main platform is the internet. Some people deliberately post falsehoods or their own extreme paranoia. Some people relish this information and accept it without the suspicion and questioning they would give to the MSM. Both sources of news merit equal questioning and reasoning.
It leads me to wonder if people actually like to be scared or angry at something. Some people I have come across on the net seem to have a sort of… attraction to doom and gloom. It’s like a romantic fantasy to some. I’m not saying all truthers and spiritual people are like this. No no, far from it! But some are.
We have truthers who deliver mainstream news who are well-known. Alex Jones for example. His work is incredible although… negative. Any episode I have listened to or watched from him is almost entirely negative. Things from a global cull of humanity, to the banking system collapse… everything. And I find this more worrying some of the MSN coverage of events. What’s important to realise though, we actually need to know this information. It gives us a chance to stand up for ourselves and fight back.
But can you see now that you’re kidding yourself if you say you avoid the MSN because it’s depressing and always full of bad news? The Alternative is indeed the same. And in some cases much worse at fear mongering.
On Saturday past, I was at ImmortalManUK’s house recording a podcast and just talking in general. Even he when in a thoughtful state realised something which I have been saying for ages now. He suggested that the powers that be (Illuminati, government agents, etc) are controlling the alternative media. Then at that moment come to realise how easy it would be for them to do so. And how easy it would be for them to place disinformation about certain topics within the truth movement. They simply just upload it to the net.
So I hope that with this brief post I have helped enlighten you in regards to the alternative media. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying avoid it! The alternative media has told us things that we would quite simply not have known. Things like the revolution in Iceland where the people sacked their government and placed government personnel, corporate businessmen and bankers in prison. They have rewritten their constitution and now get their energy from renewable sources. They have told us of the truth about Bin Laden. The truth about 11th of September. The truth about who really controls the world. But it is also full of people who get a thrill out of fear mongering. And more importantly, it gives an equal but alternative portrayal of negative news coverage.
And I say to you not to focus on the negative vibes. Live in your moment and be happy. Be aware you are alive and here in this existence. Look for happiness within you, for that’s where it comes from. Happiness externally is impermanent and limited. Happiness and unconditional love from within knows no bounds and comes in unlimited quantities. So we must learn to look within. I truly believe that this is what will improve the quality of life in this existence.
The heart chakra is just as important as the next one. It reflects love and creativity. The following is a short but fascinating blog post wrote by Jennifer White at mindbodygreen.com. I thought it was worthy of being shared. This person knows her stuff. Much love to her!
A balanced heart chakra is a beautiful thing. However, most of us—at one point or another—will encounter major blockages in this area. A myriad of life circumstances can cause problems for your heart center—from break-ups or health issues to low self-esteem.An unhealthy heart chakra can exhibit many signs and symptoms—including but not limited to being defensive, critical, controlling, suspicious, withdrawn, possessive and afraid of letting go. When in balance an open heart chakra displays acceptance in others, life and yourself. Here are eight easy ways to begin to open your heart.1. Be green. Get out in nature. Let the varying greens surround you—and begin to heal you.2. See green.Visualize a strong, clear green light filling up your heart center—located in the center of your sternum and below your shoulder blades.3. Breathe green. With each inhale imagine your heart center—and possibly the rest of your body—filling up with a soft, green light and with every exhale feel your heart center purge pent-up negativity. Don’t be too forceful on your exhalations. Rather, focus more energy on your positive, “green” inhalation.4. Be love. Being a martyr is a sign of imbalance for this chakra. Allow yourself to be loved—including, and most especially, by yourself.5. Give love. One of the best and easiest ways to cleanse and balance this chakra is by loving others unconditionally and unselfishly.6. The grass isn’t always greener. It’s often human nature to naysay. Resist the urge to find fault in everything. Be thankful for what you already have.7. Practice yoga. Try camel pose. A blocked heart chakra often means a blocked throat chakra, too, and camel pose balances them both. Focus on elongating your lower back while focusing on the stretch and opening in your upper back. Really let go and feel your heart center lift and open during the pose.8. Forgive. A lot of blockages in this chakra are fostered by not letting go of past hurts, anger, grief, regret, etc. Let go. If you need professional counseling, putting it off only makes your healing more challenging and prolonged. Take care of yourself and try to also remember that when each door closes a new one opens.Opening the heart chakra after a period of grief or personal struggle is not easy. Be patient and kind to yourself during the process. Letting go of what we don’t need to carry allows us to make room for new and better life opportunities, and learning to embrace and love yourself—for better or for worse—is a great place to begin.
2012 has come and gone. We’ve had major advancements in technology, the world faces new problems but people are starting to become aware of what’s happening and talking about it.
When a new year comes round, we often hear people repeatedly say that the past year was terrible and state that the incoming year there will be big changes and things will be different. 2013 for some is and will be the same as the years preceding it.
Here are a few quotes from a few Facebook status’ that I have come across;
“Happy new year everyone hopefully 2013 won’t be as sh*t as 2012!!”
“F**k off going on about how, suddenly, because it’s a new year, it’s going to cause a massive change in your life. No, it isn’t.
2012 was sh*t, and 2013 is going to be just as sh*t if not sh*tter.”
The first quote is an example of someone hoping for change by doing nothing. There is no merit in simply wishing for a change. You must act towards it. The second is an example of how someone just simply thinks that life is an effort and that everything in it is bad and just has to accept a heavy existence. No motivation to change it and certainly no desire. But there are many other posts from people saying that the previous year was disastrous for them. But I wonder if they are just focusing on solely the negative aspects of what has happened? Perhaps.
Among these claims of a bad year and hoping for a better 2013, people are wishing people a good and prosperous New Year. And people are also hoping for “big changes to come their way”. This actually caused me to stop and think. I realised that in order to see change you must be the change.
You are the one who manifests what happens in your life here on Earth. Your very body is the result of a manifestation of your consciousness. And you can influence your surrounding environment here by your actions. Every one who makes this promise for big changes in their life for th new year don’t often get what they vowed because people lack the will to live up to their promise and see things through to their end.
People make these resolutions for the New Year but most often fall back into old habits by February. Sometimes they forget, sometimes they chose to do something easier and other times people just simply give up. But I say to those people to actually think for a moment. Who is in control of your life? Then, what controls your life? Are you dependent on alcohol to have fun on a night out? Are you dependent on someone else to cheer you up if your are normally down? Do you expect people to do things for you? Are you stuck in your same routine day in and day out?
People don’t realise the potential of the human spirit, the power of their mind, but expect things to change by simply hoping and doing nothing. We live in a reality that is governed by the laws of cause and effect. For every action taken there is a reaction as a result. With this in mind, it should be obvious to know that we must act if we want to see change within ourselves and around us. You really do reap what you sow.
So what can we do to encourage us and remind us of the commitments we may set before us in 2013? Make a bucket list or to do list. It’s simple, common but effective.
Sit down with a writing device and pad of paper and jot upto 100 things you would like to do in your life. Do not set too many goals. This is off-putting and chore-like. You may have plans for the future such as travel or set up a business. But the method of “I’ll do it sometime in the future…” is a bad thing. It distracts us and the comforting thought of such things causes us to keep talking about it, but never taking the actions in which to make it manifest into reality. Why not make 2013 the time to do it? Do what you want to do when you can and don’t live in regret in the future saying “I wish I did that.”
When writing the list set yourself some challenges. Something different from what you normally do, but make the challenges realistic. Write down some small simple things to do and a few large things. Your first goal on your list should be “remain committed to accomplishing as many of my goals as possible”.
When pursuing your aspirations and goals aim to complete about 51% of your list, this way you will not feel failure because you have accomplished most of your objectives.
Your list shouldn’t be completely materialistic either. You can take this opportunity self-development and to improve your wellbeing. You can list things like “Show a random act of kindness at least once a week”, “Attend meditation classes”, “Learn Reiki Healing”, “lead an active spiritual life”, “Become free of the shackles of the elite”, “become a free-thinker” etc.
But it is also important to do things that you enjoy. If you want to travel then seize this as the opportunity in which to do it. If you want to socialize and meet new people, do it! Always wanted to go on a ghost or UFO hunt? Do it this year!
Take advantage of this to improve your health. People often list going to the gym as a resolution. But this can be expensive and people don’t often stick to it for long. Rather, I suggest you write down things like “Run 5 times a week”, “Improve eating habits”, “learn a new activity”, etc. Being healthier can boost esteem and confidence. A happiness that originates from within in, so long as you are confident for the right intentions.
Improve your creativity! Things like “Write a book”, “record a podcast”, “Compose a tune” can all help you.
People often live an habitual existence. Why not break the mould? Do something exciting and/or new. “Skydive”, “Fly on a plane for the first time”, etc.
But also don’t forget being in service to others. Do things like offering a homeless being a warm meal. I suggest you don’t offer money. This money could be used for intoxicants. Show love to others unconditionally. Make amends with your enemies. If you want, volunteer with a local charity for a while.
There are so many things one can do to improve ones experience here. But no one has the power to change things for you. No one but yourself. If you want to see change, be the change. Will it, want it and pursue it. Don’t let another year go to waste and don’t let it be repetitive by sticking to a usual routine.
Also an important thing to note is that when you write down the list is to make it personal to you. There is no use in doing something that doesn’t resonate with you or snare your interest. This is you. You want to change you and your existence. This is all manifested through you.
It is also worth pointing out that not everything will be perfect. There will be times when you are hurt, let down, betrayed and things you will not succeed at. But see these as lessons and an experience, not a punishment. These are opportunities too. Work from them wisely. There will be times when even when you give your best you may not succeed at a task. Do we dwell on it and believe we’re a failure or do we see it as an oppertunity to progress from? Put it this way. If you focus on negative energy and feed of it, you draw to you and manifest negative energies.
Begin now writing your list. Keep your list in a safe place. Review it often. You may wish to perhaps carry it on you so you are aware of it and mark things off when you complete them. Don’t try to list too much. Keep it realistic (Nothing like go to the moon to set up shop). But also challenge yourself. If you think the time for change is now, then it is. Work for it and be positive. You have the ability 🙂
Enjoy your life. Enjoy 2013 and I hope that I have encouraged you and offered some inspiration and motivation to get up and be the change you want to see!
Love and light to you all 😀
